Saw in the Republican thread that Ron Paul is placing higher in the polls than Rudy in NEW YORK! LOL! Think they know something about what a dirty dog he is?

Besides Freakonomics explained the low crime rated in the 90's.

The policies that Dinkins put into place toward the end of his last tenure as NYC mayor are also a large part of why crime dropped and the economy improved in NYC while Giuliani was in office. Rudy didn't have a damn thing to do with it.
