    I guess this would have been more suited for the relationship thread, but have you ever dated someone and everyone told you (or told them) that you could do better than who you're with?

    oh i have. i have definitely been in that position. and though yes it may be true, the fact is, is that you are probably never going to change her mind. every guy who utters those words to his lady friend hopes that the convo'll go a little something like, "you're right. i do deserve someone who can treat me right. someone who has always been there for me. someone... like you!":yay:
    alas. im gonna venture to guess that no conversation in the history of man has ever worked out like that. ever.

    Many times I was told I should leave my girlfriend (at that time), whilst she was in the company of my friends, too.
    They really continued when she had mentioned there were photos of her, doing naked lesbian stuff...
    ...it's funny, that no matter how much lesbian porn you've seen, when you're faced with the fact your woman has done it, it's just...weird.

    I've said it a few times to a woman I've known, but to no use she'd stay with the guy, he'd do her wrong, then she'd come to me and complain about it.

    It was like a vicious cycle until one day I decided to no longer be her friend.
