Versitility is key,mangos are better savory then sweet,its fantastic with even the most delicate of protiens,even eggs can be assisted by the essence of that fantastic fruit.The color,smell and over all body and value make it the top choice.Water mellon is bad news and merely a tradition during the summer time,it really doesnt deserve the attention it gets.
