See... I love the Doctor, but I am a late convert and A LOT of the older classic shows I can't really get into. You're right, there are some lackluster Bond installments, hell, SPECTRE was a colossal waste in my mind but if I had to give it to one over the other... Gotta go with Bond. Is the Doctor a more powerful and more interesting character? Yeah. No doubt. But... Bond's every hetero man's dream ID.
