Until you die, so Hunter and I came up with this little game.


You know you're going to die in 3 hours and you have the chance to watch one movie, any movie currently available, what do you pick?

A childhood favorite? A gem you discovered in your older year's? Or a movie you had never seen, but always wanted to watch someday.

I thought about this a little more, and I would go with Face/Off. Its been a favorite of mine since I saw opening night. I would gladly let Woo, Cage and Travolta take me to the grave.

I don't think I'd pick something I haven't seen. What if it ended up sucking?

So for me, it's essentially a question of "What's your favorite movie?"

And that too is a specifically difficult question, because my favorite movie isn't necessarily the best movie I've ever seen.

For example, My Favorite Movies of All-Time include:

Twister
Ghostbusters 1 & 2
Speed
Beetlejuice
Back to the Future 1, 2, & 3
True Lies
Die Hard With a Vengeance
Dumb and Dumber
Office Space
(Movies I could watch over and over again)

But none of those are the BEST movies I've ever seen in my life. That list would include:

2001: A Space Odyssey
The Shawshank Redemption
12 Angry Men
Vertigo
To Kill a Mockingbird
The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly
Heat
There Will Be Blood
The Dark Knight
Inception
A Clockwork Orange
The Shining
Se7en
Zodiac
(Movies I couldn't necessarily watch over and over again)

So, for me, it's a question that would be almost impossible to answer. 3 hours to live? Probably a toss up between:

Back to the Future
Beetlejuice
The Dark Knight

Too bad the only options are movies , not tv series.

As for the movie to watch before my death , i'd have to go with Gandhi.
