Ew, no. I'd probably have gone with some variant of the one from his Showcase short:

Actually, I like it pretty much as-is. Just keep the tunic thing and give him darker pants instead of making it one long, light-green bodysuit.

Except the censors would probably drop the banhammer on them if the show tried.

I like how they're alluding to Roy's drug issues without actually saying it. Weisman knows how to skirt the FCC.

1) They need to stop the DC Nation shorts
2) The Roy storyline was really interesting. Much more interesting than the Superboy/Blue Beetle one. The episode was okay but wouldve been a lot better if the Roy story was more of the focus
3) Good to see Wally again. I wonder if he quite heroics for the same reason he did in the comics

L-L-L-LIAN! Roy has a kid with Cheshire! I love this show! :woot: Also nice to see Wally and Artemis all happy and domestic. For an episode that was kinda meh the last 5 minutes sure did make up for it. Also SPORTSMASTER'S BACK! :D

1) **** no. Those things are hilarious and part of what makes DC Nation great. That Vibe cartoon was hilarious and so are the Animal Man and Plastic Man shorts. I'll take these over commercials any day.

2) I agree entirely. It was killing me waiting to see more of Roy's plot. I'm a sucker for Team Arrow.

3) Wally was one of the highlights of this episode for me. Could be what happened with Kaldur just made him and Artemis quit because he feared for her safety after what happened to Tula. The whole situation must've been at least half the reason.

That's the impression I got too. He's clearly a junky.

The SB/BB plot was the weak link in this episode. Wouldve much preferred them focusing on the Roy plot more which was the strong point. Nice to see Wally/Artemis again, who look to have retired to go to college, and was expecting to see Artemis a family again since Sportsmaster showed up so nice to see Chesire again. Glad they went with her/Roy being in a relationship and bringing Lian into this.

This show is so much better then what they are doing in the comics, why cant we just get this as the main DC universe?

I liked that they repeated they never met the real Roy. Also Beetle explaining why he seems to talk to himself.

The Roy storyline is interesting. Really suprised to see he's married to Chesire and has a daughter with her. So happy to see Wally again. I guess he left the hero life for college. It was also nice to see Artemis with him. This season is definitely better than the previous one. The five year span has helped the show IMO.

I know right :(

Or at least make a separate JL show in the same animated universe.

I think it was a good idea they just havent used it exactly right

I wasn't really feeling the Superboy/Blue Beetle segments, but I definitely enjoyed the Red Arrow storyline. It was nice to see Wally and Artemis being happy together.

I certainly didn't expect to see Lian in the show...nice surprise!

I like the Superboy/Blue Beetle parts since it's related to what it will happen in the future of the episodes and whoever this partner is of The Light.

The Roy stuff, while related to the future of the season, goes back to last season. I assume Chesire's connections to Ra's are what lead to her knowledge of the real Roy.

I think it was A) College. Wally's house in this ep was in Palo Alto where Stanford is. B) Like in the comics he found that his super speed is hurting him C) At leasst part of it is your reason

But I guess that puts a pin in my idea that Wally is the new Flash
