The majority of Gambit's costumes (well at least in X-men as I havent read his title) have been great. His best one was the X-treme one followed by the costume that debuted in X-men 157.Yeah, he moved on to a bunch of bad costumes. Bachalo returned him to status of being awesome.

He's a shady thiefHe was kind of rough looking when Jim Lee drawed him but it wasn't Bachalo who made him a pretty boy.
