Yes, though I haven't decided if I'll keep the seconds on the bottom and let the first timers stay on top.

Once their 15 minutes is over, and if they ask to be put on again just put them right under whoever, but put something showing it's their second.

Yeah, I'm torn on this. I don't want them to last too long, simply because of the number sign-ups. I don't want people to be discouraged by a longer than already wait. And, I don't want too many at once, because somebody might get lost in the shuffle. So, how about this... If somebody's 15 minutes still has plenty of life after 4 days I will extend it to a week. How does that sound?

Why not have one every two days? Are there really enough interesting questions to ask someone in a 24hr period of time, let alone a week? Two days gives ample time for everyone to knock themselves out and be tragically sincere.
