Your drinking lifestyle.

I rarely drink, maybe 5-6 times a year. Hate clubbing, prefer to have a kitchen party. Booze is in kitchen, if you leave kitchen you have to go back for booze and you may not make it, so stay in kitchen where booze is. Many people don't understand us when we stay in the kitchen to drink.

When I drink I usually don't get plastered. There's been a few times but I know well enough that I always drink alot of water to avoid hangovers. Haven't had one in years. Last time I drank was a few weeks ago, friend bought some moonshine (75%) in PEI when he went with his wife on thier second anniversary and we all had some. I took a shot straight, minimal grimace. Packs a helluva punch. Didn't have too much more to drink after that.

^ Had those nights too....haha.\

In response to going to McDonalds high as ****.

I can attest to that. I once missed the entrance for McDonalds about three times. A car full of high people laughing as we kept having to circle around.

Yeah I used to drive a good amount when I was younger and I got stoned for a good, seven years straight. There were months when I didn't smoke or rarely smoked. But anyway, I too was one of those, high tolerance smokers who after enough time, I was fine driving sober or stoned.

But it wasn't the smartest thing and depending on what I smoked, some times I was to stoned to realize before I started driving.

Once I got really stoned at my friends house after work, we were senior in high school. He was straight on my way home, it was a friday night, sort of late. And he always had chronic. I wasn't nearly as seasoned as I was a couple or few short years later but I got pretty f-ing stoned. Left and luckily there wasn't a car in the road, I drifted all the way over, three lanes and bumped into the curb. Corrected myself and went home and just sat in my car for a few hours before going in.

Nothing ever that bad again, but man I was lit.

i smoke dat buuuuuud son :woot:

lol. i rarely have many opportunities to really get drunk. i drank a few times but i only remember getting slightly buzzed or tipsy off it. never had that experience of being " oh **** we gotta carry that guy off the streets and to his car and drive him home " drunk, idk if i even wanna get THAT drunk. though i've had to carry my friends before , and ive definitely been to mcdonalds high as hell a few times :cwink: :awesome:

Does Root Beer work as drink supplement?

I have to have something to drink while the whiskey glass is in the fridge cooling, and I have no interest in going to the store :/

Macleods Single Grain! Its made out of maize so it should count right?

I know I came in here and said I never plan on drinking, but I was at my brother's wedding and I was pretty nervous about being one of the groomsmen, so I decided to drink a shot with the bridal party. I don't know what was in it and it burned like hell, but I did notice that I was much more active on the dance floor afterward. It could be a coincidence, but I dance more in this one wedding than I have in the past 5 that I've been to combined. Though, part of me hopes it was not because I was drinking a little, but rather because I felt more comfortable breaking out of my shell.

One of my roommates is a big wine connoisseur, so we occasionally drink wine with dinner. I actually get drunk once or twice every couple months, if even that regularly.

I am planning to get drunk on the 24th, however.

I hate beer, but I like any kind of red wine, Bacardi, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Smirnoff, etc.

Maybe. You would've felt it.

Haha, I never dance and have practically no rhythm, but last night I dance to Billie Jean by myself in front of a room full of people, and actually got complimented on it. I really don't think I would've done that in normal circumstances.

So the moral of this story is.....

Not really a drinker myself, and If I do, its in a house with a group of friends, never anything out at a bar or a club, just never my thing.

I have wine usually on the weekend with my meals and once in a while I will have hard alcohol when served during a social event. However, I try to never drink too much and I can count the amount of times I have been drunk using my fingers.

That's pretty funny. Yeah, sounds like you might have been buzzed.
