I feel sorry for you guys who grew up in the 90's.. Most of the cartoons sucked like no other.. There was nothing better than the Transformers and GI Joe in the 80's as well as Superfriends on the weekend

Undoutably, they don't make cartoons like Transformers and Visionaries anymore. I too grew up in the 80's and feel bad for this generations kids as the cartoon now suck.

Anyhow, i did enjoy BTAS, and Spiderman. Is there any word on if Spiderman:TAS will be released on dvd season by season like Batman?

Compaired to how things are now,when a cartoon was made.More money was put into overall things,like voice actors,animation quality,writers and music.Originality was also a huge factor,another fact is that some cartoons that were successful in the 1990`s would not be successful now.

I think i got the perfect mixture of having all these wonderful shows as a young child and then getting some of the glory ones from the 90s while i was still young enough to enjoy them, i could grasp some of the depths of batman beyond and gargoyles.

To be honest..the 1990's did have good cartoons.Most of them were different,and..if some of them were put on now..they would not be hits.Why?Because it was the 90's.
