returns. I like the stylized Art Deco look of it. It reflects the spirit of the city and the movie even more so than in any other movie. I like the fact that the citys buildings even look like Batman

Agreed,After TDKR I'm sure WB will want to reboot when Nolan&Bale leaves and which I'm hoping for..I love the Nolan universe&Bale But I think a whole restart into a new series in a new direction would be good(keep it Nolan dark But more fantasy&comic mythology)!!

And in a new direction for Gotham..I say make it very similar to BR or something like The Crow!

B89.

But I wish TDK had had those sets like in those pictures here.

Batman Returns. It actually looks like a universe a Batman would belong to.

I like them all besides BB and TDK. That's not Gotham City in those 2 films.

I even like the Gotham City in those onstar commercials.

Nolan's Gotham because it looks like a genuine city and one you could call Gotham. Burton's was either too small and sound stagey or had those fake matte paintings that make it looked phony. Schumacher's was all neon. You nearly need to wear sunglasses watching it.

It's more faithful Gotham than you think. Gotham looked like that for decades.

Anton Furst's Oscar winning industrial Gotham by far.

Batman Returns Gotham. I have a big weakness for snowy Gotham. Loved it in Returns and Arkham City. Can't wait to see it again in TDKR.

B89 Gotham & BB's Gotham for me. Returns & TDK were amazing though. Schumacher's Gotham were just not good. To me Gotham is a dark evil city Schumacher's nothing like that.

Sure it is. What, do you think Gotham City has to look gothic just because it has the word "goth" in it? Gotham City has never been drawn exactly the same way in the history of Batman comics, so what makes you think it should be designed the same way in the films besides your own personal preference?

Begins' Gotham followed by Returns' .

Schumachers Gotham looks just like a random city toy-set. The buildings material look like they´re made of cardboard boxes.

Love both Burton/Furst´s B89 Gotham (And I also like Returns Gotham, but I find it a little to small, as in we don´t get to see more and bigger parts of Gotham), and I also love Nolans vision of Gotham in BB and TDK.

Forever's Gotham. It looks equal parts fun and dangerous.

I like them all, except for the Gotham depicted in the 60s show. I don't know where they shot that, but it looks nothing like Gotham to me.

A real city was used in the 60's show just like BB/TDK/TDKR.

It was filmed in Los Angeles, apparently, which I don't really associate with Gotham at all.

89 by far my favorite, but I do also love BR and the narrows in BB but TDK gotham did feel more like a real city, I just didnt like that it wasnt stylized at all like the comics at all.
