I didn't know how to title this. But this thread is for the discussion of movie scenes, plots, storylines and character analysis.
(i.e. Do you think that Obi-Wan Kenobi told Owen Lars that Anakin was Darth Vader)
Hypothetical, yes but I always find this type of analysis interesting.
Let's keep this orderly, I'll try and update this thread every few days.
First Topic: The Prestige.
I was watching the Prestige and considering Hugh Jackman's character the first time he doubles himself, he's still in the machine while his double appears behind him and he shoots him.
Now, seeing as during his performance, the person who enters the machine falls through the trapped door and the "prestige" appears on the balcony.
Did the original Hugh Jackman character die? Obviously before the ending.
