Official Hot Fuzz movie thread (Pics/reviews/info etc.)

I'm going to import the R2 2-disc DVD, the R1 release is crappy :down

Sounds like a plan! its pack with **** loads of cool stuff.

Fist full of fingers is Edgars first cop film, cheesey as hell but cool

I also need a multiregion dvd player :cmad:

*Sigh* Just unlock the one you have type in google the make and model number of the dvd player with either unlock code. engineer code, region free etc... on the end and find a site that tells you how to unlock it

Ive done it with about 3 of my dvd players i just buy dirt cheap ones and unlock them

My friend, you forget about the NTSC/PAL conversion :(

My friend, you forget about the NTSC/PAL conversion :(

If your dvd player is anything made in the past 5 years it should support PAL in the setup of the dvd player. all mine support NTSC hell even my VCR had NTSC on it

Very disappointed in the R1 release. I ordered the R2 DVD because those features are too good to pass up.

so, they're releasing the good version in london, but not here?

that sounds kind of like racism. :(

Hot Fuzz got screwed in the states. First the theater run and now on DVD.

I'm really going to import it and get whatever DVD player I need (actually, there are some really cheap multiregion PAL/NTSC player in amazon, like between 50-90 bucks), because this truly was my favorite movie in 2007.
I love it like you wouldn't believe.

so if i buy this tomorrow, ill still get the deleted scenes and out takes?

This the Walmart release of the movie. Has a bonus disc with all the features on R2 release:

Hope Walmart will have the 2-pack next week. If not, I get the single SE dvd, then.

It wasn't a good the second time around. :csad:

Still awesome, though.

Finally got my R2 version and it was definitely worth it paying a little extra money for it. Movie was a lot better the second time around since I caught things that I may have missed the first time.
