It's as simple as that. From 2000 to 2011, what would you rank as your Top 20 films? In order, #1 being the absolute best. What was the best that Hollywood had to offer you?

For me personally, nothing was better than the experience of these films, in order, regardless if you happen to see a pattern of director, or a pattern of genre, or actor... To me, this was the elite of this millennium (so far):

2. The Dark Knight (2008)
3. There Will Be Blood (2007)
4. The Mist (2007)
5. 500 Days of Summer (2009)
6. Batman Begins (2005)
7. Watchmen (2009)
8. The Prestige (2006)
9. Zodiac (2007)
10. The Departed (2006)
11. Memento (2000)
12. American Psycho (2000)
13. Punch-Drunk Love (2002)
14. Insomnia (2002)
15. Miami Vice (2006)
16. The Fountain (2006)
17. Little Miss Sunshine (2006)
18. Doubt (2008)
19. Revolutionary Road (2008)
20. Requiem for a Dream (2000)

If you haven't seen any of these films, I HIGHLY recommend them. It was a hard list to make, but it was definitely worth my time.

Miami Vice? The Mist???

Those movie were such trash it left a bad taste in my mouth. Those films did not meet Michael Mann and Frank Darabont's usual standard of filmmaking
