I'm still playing....then again I had little to no time the past few weeks. I have, what looks like to be a three day mini vaccation coming up. I'll be playing it then....provided FFIII, FFXI and Castlevania: PoR don't get in it's way.
I got Twilight Princess for Christmas (Gamecube version, I didn't get a Wii), and after you save the Monkey's friend, the Monkeys fellow you around, but how do you get out? Where are you supposed to go with them?

Man If you have the compass and the map, you have to heavilly utilize them. Go to any rooms you haven't been in and have access to. The red dots on the map are monkeys. once you find more monkeys. Sometimes the monkeys wait for you in the main or central chamber until you find the right amount of them then they'll lead you to diffrent places.

On a side note, I always find it hilarious when someone posts a help question about a game on these forums. Its not like there are a bunch of free gamefaqs that basically answer your question automatically.

But sometimes, those FAQs don't answer all the questions one may have. I know from experience. Also, isn't helping one another a reason why these forums exist?
Okay just finished it on Gamecube, here's the thoughts.
Good stuff: Gameplay improved.
Pretty big game.
Nice visiting old places and seeing old faces.
Hidden skills thing was a good idea.
Wolf controls were cool
Master sword nuff said
Horse back riding was bas ass
Ganondorf on horse and with sword was ace
Bad stuff: Temples were short, easy and all in all rather crap, most lacked enemies and just wtf was that crappy Ooccoo city?
The game needs to move on more not much joy in getting the same items AGAIN the same going for the bosses, Ganon had improved, Zelda was the crappy laser hitting thing AGAIN.
Wolf controls worked, but the idea was boring and lame especially gathering tears,
Howling with the wolf was god awful.
Ending was insanely crap, my jaw dropped when the ending credits, my mind ablaze with "That's it!?!?" the bit after nowhere near made up for it.
Wind waker's ocean was easily larger than Hyrule field, thanks you liars, such a shame.
Bosses were easy.
Zant's character was ruined at the last minute with the jumpy crazy laughing thing.
All in all, rather dissapointing, what they need to do is stop trying to make this awesome confusing story that rivals Ocarina of Time, which this one totally failed to do, and just make it simpler with some nice twists in the middle. Orcarina of Time was just simply getting the means to stop Ganandorf with some lovely twists in the middle, this was just a whole confusing mess of rubbish.

I beat the game in under 40 hours.
I got all of the heart pieces and other stuff except for the Poe's and the Bugs, which are pretty much pointless anyway.
My only problem is that it is not long enough and the world is not big enough.
And WTF happened to the Gerudos? I was expecting to see scantily clad desert women, what I got were bublins and giant hogs.
The dungeons are way to easy. If I can beat them in under two hours, then it's WAY too easy.
I remember looking at the map of Windwaker and thinking that it's going to take forever to get from place to another. In TP, I can just teleport and be ther in no time.
These are really just gripes, I loved the game and was glad I could beat it before I left for school.
The story is amazingly written, and Midna made for a great character. We actually to get to see character development in a game, which rarely happens. All of the boss battles left me with awe and made my heart beat fast, which is what they should do. And that Final Battle...oh...I will always remember that battle and how
even though Ganondorf was impaled by the Master Sword, he still stood strong until he died.
I would have liked more swords though, like a big Goron Sword. Imagine swinging that on Epona.
I too would have liked some extra stuff after the ending, like a new suit or something.
Well looking over it, the wolf howling was as close as I got to dumb ass. Having slept on it, I will retract the statement that the game was a dissapointment, but these points still stand imo. No need to get agressive. Why not just have a disscussion on then maturely? Let's look at the points (may not want to read this if you haven't completed the game):
Bad stuff: Temples were short, easy and all in all rather crap, most lacked enemies and just wtf was that crappy Ooccoo city?
Why I think this is true: Go through it in a list, Forest Temple with the monkeys was okay, easy boss though and wasn't too loving the monkies thing. Fire temple was very good but mega easy boss. Water temple was abysmal, but that's a given, boss was hard but slow and horrible. Desert temple was ACE and the boss was probably the best one on the game. Snow temple too short and a bit weird, boss was incredibly easy. Temple of time was boring, though nice to be back there, boss was very boring and easy. Sky city was the worst temple in any Zelda game ever, but the boss was okay. Twylight Palace was easy and Zant was incredibly easy. Hyrule Castle was a joke, no more than 9 or so rooms, wheres the cool Ganons Castle kinda temple?.
The game needs to move on more not much joy in getting the same items AGAIN the same going for the bosses, Ganon had improved, Zelda was the crappy laser hitting thing AGAIN.
Why I think this is true: Seriously, this is the third time they've put some ideas into this game, I'm getting tired of seeing the same old items like the iron boots and the clawshot, I'd like a completely new inventory aside from the Hero's Bow.
Wolf controls worked, but the idea was boring and lame especially gathering tears.
Why I think this is true: Hunting down bugs? Both attacks just being jumping moves? I mean end of the day, when you were given the choice, the only reason you'd be the wolf was to get from A to B faster. Aside from the times I had to use him, I was always Link.
Howling with the wolf was god awful.
Why I think this is true: Okay so maybe a bit of a silly one, but didn't compare to the Orcarina, sounded horrible.
Ending was insanely crap, my jaw dropped when the ending credits, my mind ablaze with "That's it!?!?" the bit after nowhere near made up for it.
Why I Think this is true:
The spirits looked on, then Link ran up a hill to find Midna back in her true form. About 1-2 minutes long. A Zelda ending needs to be longer than that. For a game that had taken up 33 hours of my life, I was expecting someting a little more emotional, Wind Wakers ending was better than that.
Wind waker's ocean was easily larger than Hyrule field, thanks you liars, such a shame.
Why I think this is true: Every review, even the back of the box said you've never seen a Zelda game this big before. Bollox. You could go from one side of Hyrule to the other in minutes. Wind Waker was easily bigger.
Bosses were easy.
Why I think this is true: Already explained myself. Ganandorf was the only one I died on. The rest I didn't even get down to half my hearts.
Zant's character was ruined at the last minute with the jumpy crazy laughing thing.
Why I think this is true: From potential bad ass, to whiny jumpy laughing crazy thing...
I mean this is all my opinion obviously, the game certainly wasn't a let down, but still not a scratch on Orcarina of Time, which is what gets to me the most I guess. Can't you at least agree with some of those points? Surely you found it easy too...

The only temple I found incredibly easy was the Temple of Time. The rest had a good level of difficulty. The Water Temple is never a fun ride but it was nothing like the one in Ocarina. I really liked that boss as well.
Why is the Sky City the worst temple ever? Was it too hard? Annoying? What? I personally enjoyed it and thought the boss was very good.

What do you mean "move on more"? BTW, there were new items. The Dominion Rod, Gale Boomerang (it actually didnt work like the usual boomerang), Clawshot (similar to the Hookshot but did 100 more things and far more useful in combat. Plus you got two), Water Bombs, Spinner, Ball & Chain. Plus you could combine the Hawkeye and Bombs with the Arrows. And the Lantern was completely new to 3D Zelda games. So yeah, there were new items.

I didn't mind it since you only had to do it 6 times. What was wrong with the sound?

The ending also included the battle with Ganondorf. Plus there was more after the credits. The ending of Zelda games have never been like 10 min long.

That is because Wind Waker was a massive ocean. It's easier to have a huge world like that in a game than it is to have a world the size of Hyrule field with all the detail.
Bosses were easy.
