Zodiac

I love that movie, I even own it, but I don't remember a scene like that. Which part was it?

i just remember this one scene where a topless woman gets stabbed... and she's still standing while shes removing the knife from her chest..lol

Hmm, don't remember that part. I'll watch it tonight.

The stabs scene was one of the most amazing scenes in the movie

I also liked character development and the fact that this movie isn't about serial killer, but his influence on the world during 25 years of fears of possible terror :)

i just bought this movie at block buster for 10 bucks.

like always amazing fincher film and really holds true to the "detective" genre.
im really glad it was a movie written solely on files and facts and didnt veer off into the characters personal lives. directors do that waaay too often nowadays, thinking audiences need a relatable character when all you want is to go on with the story.

the only thing i didnt like is how robert downeys character really didnt go anywhere. i enjoyed the hell out of him and im sure thats what really happened but still, it almost made me wish that they cut him out more just to trim the time.

Excellent movie, my favorite part was the scene with the Zodiac in the car with woman and her baby.
"Before I kill you, I'm going to throw your baby out the window"

I thought this was simply a great movie

it may have had a hard time finding an audience, cause it is a horror movie premise dressed as a Period Epic, so it doesn't really appeal to that many people. But it is indeed a great flick, I still think it is one of maybe the 6 or so best movies of the year

I loved this movie as well, but I'm waiting for the special edition DVD with all kinds of material on the real life incident.

Finally. January 8, 2008:

Thank god..I almost bought the regular one today...good stuff, great film

Amazing movie. Fincher's second best. I can't wait to see what he does next.

Now I know what to use my Best Buy gift card for. Been waiting thought it would be out in the summer.

Man, the documentaries on the second disc are intense. Definitely recommend the director's cut. The movie is really not different, but it's definitely worth it for the second disc.

I never bought the bare bones one cause i saw they release a 2 disc one in 2008.

I saw it at walmart for 25 dollars.

So you say the features are really good? cause sometimes you buy a 2 disc set and the features are crap.

There's a 52 minute making of. A 1hr. 30min. documentary on the Zodiac and three of his murders, and a 40min. documentary on Arthur Leigh Alan. Two of the survivors speak, investigators, and friends of Alan all appear. Really in depth and provides a lot more insight on what happened. The survivors stories are incredible in detail.

Fincher was quite involved with the extras.
