    Happy Easter, Guest!

🏈 NFL - Game On

he's hard to not like. seems like one of the most likeable guys in the league
One thing I'll say about the Rams. They seem to get really high quality people. You rarely, if ever, hear of anyone on their team having Hunt/Watson issues. Maybe I'm just not hearing it down in this neck of the woods, but they seem to select the Whitworths, Kupps, Staffords, etc. These guys make me and Ward Cleaver look like a couple of deadbeat dads.

Wow! Honestly a little shocked that the Bengals/Brown family actually paid both of them. I figured they wouldn't let Chase walk simply to not piss off Burrow, but Higgins too?

Wonder what this means for Trey Hendrickson and their defense? I can't imagine they'll also pay him too. Better hope draft picks pan out for that defense.

Man, that's a lot of $$$ tied up in QB and WR. They better do something soon because I'm sure they backloaded those contracts. Yeah, Cincy needs to shore up that D, like, yesterday.

I was just reading an article that said the Rams have drafted "10" starters in the last 2 drafts; with only 1 1st round pick (Verse). Their front office has been eating their Cheerios.....

One was the kicker (Karty), but still.......

@Karelia wish the Raiders drafted like that. LOL

I'll bet every offensive lineman in the league agrees. When he was announcing a game last year and they ran that play, Jason Kelce said "I don't miss that play". I've heard it's really dangerous for the O linemen.

Patriots signed Diggs. I like it for all the same kind of reasons I would've liked signing Kupp, except the guy is obviously more of a diva. Not as worried about the ACL, as some of these smaller WRs seem to recover from it much better than other positions, but even if he's not the same player he was 2 years ago, he's still a massive upgrade at the position. A solid number 2 guy.

Still need to find the #1.

Do you mean Kupp is a diva??

That's a good, solid pickup for NE, but, man, WRs can fall off the map pretty quickly. They definitely do need a 1.

No, I was referring to Diggs as the diva. Kupp is as great of a professional as you can get.

yeah. I thought that's what you meant, but got confused. Sometimes those divas are really good players though.....

Hey.....Cleveland......I've got a great idea. Trade a whole bunch of future 1st round picks for your QB of the future. What could possibly go wrong??? @Spider-Fan ??? What think?

If I'm Cleveland, I'm trying to get the Giants to flip spots with me and get some extra picks. Then I'm taking Carter to play opposite Garrett. Your D-backfield just instantly got better. Most QBs are gonna have about 3 seconds (maybe) to throw the ball.

The Dak Prescott thing ain't real. So I aint getting mad about it lol! Not worth the energy.

I am hoping they take Carter at 2 personally

They are talking about the 49ers giving Purdy a 3-4 year extension north of $50M/year (EDIT: For the sake of clarification, $55M). :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I hope to god (capital G) that Prescott story is BS. The Cowboys ain't gonna be able to move him unless they eat a whole lot of his salary. Those cap hits are insane. What happened to the world? Prescott and Purdy are two of the highest paid QBs in the NFL?? LMAO I can count off 10 QBs just off the top of my head that I'd rather have and another 5 I'd put in about the same category. I think a strong argument can be made that they are both middle of the pack NFL QBs.

IF the Browns can swing a deal with the Giants, they could probably get Carter at 3 and add a pick.....depending on how desperate the Giants are. They've actually done okay with their QB situation and may be looking to next year to draft a franchise QB.
