Can someone explain why so many power rankings have the eagles at #1?

I think it's just merit and being selective of which Week 1 results to put stock into. Truthfully not understanding a lot of the rankings I've seen, especially based on what we saw over the weekend.

No freaking clue. I have Green Bay as the top team, but reserve the right to change my mind in about 8 hours.
