Would like to see how they plan to spread that money out. Like half for blockbusters, half for low budget or indy flicks, etc.

For Thanksgiving I ended up rewatching an unconventional movie for the holidays, Prisoners (2013). Still one of my favorite films of the last decade. Decided to pick up the Blu ray, but man I wish they'd do a 4k UHD transfer for this. Roger Deakins cinematography is even more breathtaking in 4k with the best one I've seen being 1917. Hopefully at some point Prisoners gets the same treatment so I can add it to my 4k collection.

I have this urge to double dip Chang-Wook’s Vengeance trilogy. It’s the Arrow release and I don’t have a region free player so the discs would be useless. I really want the individual cases with the artwork though.

My theater for Glass Onion was PACKED. Like, all but one or two seats sold. I can't think of the last time that I've been in a theater that full. It was a blast to watch with a crowd, but it just emphasizes how insane Netflix is to be only giving this a one-week release frame. They're massively in debt and are just leaving hundreds of millions on the table.

Trying to figure out if this is going to be bad in a fun way or just bad bad

Well this certainly looks like... something. Trailer makes it seem almost seem like a fake movie for a dumb youtube skit.

So what's the antithesis of all these beloved children's story horror movies? Can we get G-rated family friendly Freddy Krueger and Hellraiser movies?

Didn't realize Glass Onion was only in theaters until Wed :(

Finally checked out Triangle of Sadness... that sh** was incredible.

I'm curious on that one. Reuben Östlunds's films tend to get quite divisive reactions, at least here in Sweden. But I've read good things about this one.

Well, this was my first Reuben Östlunds film (I've only seen the remake of Force Majeure and wanted to see The Square) and I thought it does great job poking fun at the rich and powerful even more so than any movie I've seen this year (The Menu, Glass Onion, Bodies Bodies Bodies, ect)
