More like his client felt a sense of Rambo. A stupid move any way you spin it.

Ridiculous though it seems, if the defendant insists on denying the charges against him, then his lawyer's job is to select his strongest line of defense and put it to a judge and/or jury to decide upon. It is the court's decision whether the defense is absurd, not the defending lawyer's.

Looks like CNN is still calling this the Batman shooter...

Probably several for him....

You shocked?

A little, predominantly because I haven't known people who do things like that since, like, high school. Although, I don't know why I should be, considering I've come across Columbine Massacre support pages as well.

I'm not surprised. I'm more annoyed that Facebook won't take down the pages.

Well, as much as we hate it....if they aren't violating any rules...they really can't, IMO, that would open a whole can of worms with groups saying...well I don't like that page because it is about Satan, and I don't like this page because its about Christianity, and I don't like this page because they cuss on it....etc...etc...etc...

With Facebook if you don't like the page, just don't like it..... : )

I completely agree, it's just sickening that people make these pages in the first place. I'm honestly curious to know their reasoning behind it.

Megadeth fans, you better get your boy.

Wow, I'd expect that from Ted Nugent, didn't know Dave Mustaine was just as crazy.

Dave became a born again Christian a number of years back and has always seemed a bit more right wing anyways. I'm not surprised he's gotten into some of their conspiracies.

Reminds me of my Dad, he believes the same damn thing but thinks it was Hilary Clinton that staged it.

I think Hurricane Katrina was staged by Noddy Holder, in a pub in Dudley, using broken snooker cues, a ciggy lighter and pint of Banks's.

I am a die-hard Megadeth fan, and this is just... I don't even know what to say about this.

Dave just needs to learn when to shut his f***ing mouth. He never learns, despite parading himself around as a born-again Christian. I felt bad for him when James Hetfield virtually told Dave to **** when Dave "asked" via the media to make a supergroup, but now I see why.

I really don't even know what to say. As a Megadeth fan, I almost feel like I (and all other Megadeth fans) need to apologize for his moronic behavior... And at this rate, for being fans.

He's always been kind of an a-hole, that's why they kicked him out of Metallica in the first place all those years ago. Now he's just a different kind of crazy. I'm not sure which version is worse, alcoholic raging a-hole Dave, or crazy whackjob born again christian Dave. I'm thinking the latter at this point.

Mustaine only has moronic things to say about politics.

I wonder if he also believes that Bush caused Hurricane Katrina....

He strikes me as one of the types of Republicans who back anything and everything about Republican politicians, simply because they're Republicans. So if he heard Bush caused Katrina, he'd probably say something along the lines of, "Well, he had to so he could blah blah blah."

*Note: Not saying that because he's a Republican, I know there are Democrats and members of other parties who do that as well.

Yeah, I would put Rosie O'Donnell on the other side as a wacko.....BUT, they are few and far between on both sides.....and the fact that we give them so much press is kind of sad.

Yeah, unfortunately, they're news gold. At this rate, I say sentence them to sewn mouths for the rest of their lives.
