1992 McDonalds Returns Promotion

Well, this guy want top dollar for all his stuff. Hes sold afew things on ebay in the past and always complains that he doesnt get what he wants for it. He always sets a reserve and half his auctions never sell. He even went to a local dealer trying to sell some of his stuff after I turned him down and the dealer ended up calling me to see if Id be interested in it if he bought it. LOL We had a good chuckle over that one.

Yeah, definately not a guy looking for repeat customers to say the least. Sounds like he's lucky if he even finds a buyer with that kind of attitude.

He just thinks his stuff is the cats meow. 90% of it is common items you can find on ebay without any trouble. There really is only a handful of things that get big money, like some of the 60's stuff and certain high end collectables. He once told me he wanted to sell some things because he wanted to buy a Harley. (motorcycle, not the character.lol) I was like, yeeeaahhh, right. hahaha.

Anyway, back on tpoic, yes, McD's tried their hand at pizza pies, the proof is in the pic.lol You didnt miss much tho, it was terrible.

I remember having a slice but I was young, from what I remember it was awful haha.

I have some things for the Forever promtion, not as much, but some cool things none the less. Ill have to dig those out.

As for the Taco Bell B&R promotion, no. I have the cups and afew of the animated toys they did along side with it. I was offered an entire store display package by a fellow collector that included all the Taco Bell B&R stuff. The window clings, banner, shirts, ceiling danglers, everything. He wanted $200 for all of it. I passed.
I have all four Glass mugs from Batman forever... Stored away somewhere...

WOW ... I remember all of that. Except for the McDonald's pizza ... WTF?!? When did they ever sell pizza?

thats what i was thinking lol. i never even knew they sold pizza.

I remember liking Mcdonald's pizza, but I was like 4 at the time. I have all these strange memories of it. Like watching Mr.Nanny with Hulk Hogan and enjoying a slice in my grandma's trailer. Weird.

Oh man. Its time I return to the retro toy store in my city. I miss toys like this.

Is it sad that I can still remember buying these?

Hey Shadowbat, that's quite a nice collection! I really like the counter displays & the pizza box is great for some reason, maybe because of it's RAREness or WACKYness!

Man I remember those.

Plan on making one of the 95 Forever promotion?
I used to have all of the glass cups :)

I was only two when Batman Returns came out :csad:
(though i saw it when i was about 4, distinctly remember as my mom got the VHS a few days after i got my tonsils out as a treat :yay: )

This was my favorite fast food tie-in for ANY Batman film. I was only 2/3 at the time... but what I remember is awesome. I also liked the Animated series fast food tie-in.

Nice, nice, nice nostalgic memories that I'll never let go of.

I remember seeing Batman Returns with my interchangeable Bruce Wayne into Bats toy!! And, I lost his glove in the theater:wow:.
