Why not just cheer for Newton who has done more in 1 season than Moore ever has?

I mean once a player is gone, I wish them well but the team I root for is the team I root for.

Like I said, it really depends how this new OC does. I really thought they'd make it further in the playoffs this year, especially with them giving up the farm for Jones.


They say players die 2 deaths. The end of their career is not something that a lot of them can easily face. I really wondered if they won last year if he would of hung it up. Like someone says, he could easily be an ESPN analyst.

Yep, he's shown on Dancing With the Stars that he has a great personality for TV. I'd imagine that quite a few networks will try to sign him.

Well, I dunno if Newton can ever replace Delhomme or Beurlien. I'm just a fan of Moore. Watched a lot of Panthers, Miami, Denver games this year. Still haven't seen the finale against New Orleans. Watched Miami live instead. Maybe deep down I rather have Moore as the starter in Carolina. He never got a fair shot. Got a concussion in Wk 1 that season...started game 2 and was pulled and bench...came back for a bit. Moore did alright overall in Miami. Seen all his starts made tons of good throws. He's a baller.

I don't think that team being at home would have helped this year. If it means that they can win the division over teams like what New Orleans was this year...then yeah, it'll mean they're actually quite formidable.

Trust me man, the Falcons are a completely different team at home. Look at both Saints games, at home the score was 23-26, on the road it was 16-45.

THANK YOU. I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking this. That song makes me want to punch myself in the ears until I go deaf. I can't discern a single word in that annoying POS song. All I hear is ALLALALALAAHALALALAAH!!! RALALALALALAHAHAHA! BLALALALALALALAHAHALA! LAHAHALALA!

I think they did change it. The Lions Play 60 commercial has a different song ("The Whip" by Locksley) than the Falcons, Panthers, and Bears ones ('The Power Is On' by The Go! Team).
