Not sure anybody saw it, but apparently Aaron Rodgers admitted that he likes to over-inflate footballs for a better grip, and will sometimes see if the refs remove air from them.

That makes sense. Bigger balls are easier to grip and they tend to function better.

I had a mild shock when I saw that Dalton is replacing Rodgers in the Pro Bowl. I'd forgotten this stupid sandlot selection aspect they added in doing away with conferences there, but more shock because it takes a while for me to remember that the Pro Bowl is still a thing.

edit: Dalton replacing Rodgers. FOH. :funny:

Ravens hire Trestman as their new offensive coordinator

...slightly late to the party but I so badly wanted a Colts/Packers Superbowl. :(

I hope Trestman f***s their offense all up. But honestly, I fear he will do very well. He will make Flacco throw more which means more PI calls.

Out of the four possible match ups, I was hoping that this wasn't one. There is no storyline.

Hahaha yeah.

I've always seen Flacco as a luckier version of Jay Cutler. Maybe Trestman can just turn him into normal Jay Cutler, lol.

So I see that Indi is being a bunch of sore losers. Deflated balls...what a crock of ****. Even if some balls were light, both teams use the same balls, do they not? So the Colts offense would have had the same advantage as the Pats, correct? Why would the Pats give the other team a chance to play better? When you cheat you dont give the other team a possible advantage. That defeats the purpose of cheating.

But lets say the balls were light, even with light balls the Colts still couldnt play worth a damn.:funny:

Oh and unless they have video proof of a patriots player or employee deflating balls I dont see how this can be pinned on the team. Balls deflate on their own. Its on the officials to ensure they are properly inflated. This isn't a case of cheating. Its a case of the officials not doing their damn jobs. And another thing. We all know that if the colts won not a thing would have been said about this. But because the Pats won their must have been cheating involved. It couldn't possibly have anything to do with talent of the Pats and the lack of talent of the Colts.
Nope... Both teams don't use the same balls. coming from a patriot hater...The Colts got flat out destroyed, and it's not because of ball pressure...

Just love seeing the patriots get caught cheating yet again and now espn confirming it. Fine them a 1st and 2nd this year and 200,000 amd we move on. There second official offense.

F*** deflate-gate.

All you can do is just laugh really, I mean the league has been under a micrscope so much this year and youre literally the only Game on so you cant really Hide like you would in say week 3. Why Even risk it?
Now from a football fan all ypur gonna get from now til the super bowl is cloud of doubt and non stop questions on this, not to mention the extra attention from the in game refs.

The punishment has got to be something like this since this is their second offense after Spygate. Anything less would be seen as taking it easy on them yet again.

Man, what an organization. Absolutely no reason to cheat but they do it anyway. Props to them for being brazen if nothing else...

Hope the packers get docked a first round pick for over inflating balls for Rodgers (rodgers admitted it )
And hope Vikings lose a first round pick for heating up game balls which is againts the rules.

Nvm it's only cheating when patriots do it, I forgot

This whole thing is just really bizarre. If it's true, I have no idea why they would do such a thing.

Anyways, Aaron Rodgers admits to tampering with the balls.
