I’ve heard the arguments both For and Against it, so after all is said and done let’s put it to a simple vote;
- Will you be going to the 2D or 3D?

If I see it in the cinema I'll be seeing it in 2D. I'm not liking that it looks like a bad cartoon with Ryan Reynolds walking through it, like Who Framed Roger Rabbit. I will see the movie eventually but I'm not sure if it'll be a DVD or a cinema visit.

2D is the only way I am seeing it. I watched Avatar and all three Toy Stories in 3D and I was very unimpressed overall. I wanted to see Jackass 3 and Saw VII, both both films only had 3D prints where i am so I waited till DVD. I refuse to see any films in 3D because paying a for a 3D ticket is voting for more 3D films.

I'm sorry, guys, but it's not worth it to me to go out to the theater anymore when I could wait a couple of months and see it on my big screen TV at home. 3D is a gimmick that would attract me to the theater since I don't have that capability at home.

Definitely 2D. I actually don't mind 3-d when its done well, but WB has a crappy track record in that regard.

2D, I don't bother with post-converted 3D for a live-action movie.

I'm going to watch Green Lantern in 2D. I have nothing against 3D if it's filmed in 3D or if the movie had 3D in mind but I never want to watch post-converted 3D film unless it's an animated film.

I don't like watching films in 3D so 2D for me.

It has its uses ... Avatar was beautiful in 3D *say what you want about the plot*... but many other films were not shot with 3D in mind, it's all done post process. The Hobbit, for example is being viewed as such while filming. It's going to be... spectacular. But for GL, probably 3D... I can watch it in 2D at home.

2D, I don't see anything in 3D.

I only plan on seeing it in 2D.

They BETTER have a 2D showing in my city. At midnight too.

3D gives me a bad headache and double vision--not something I want to mar my first viewing of green lantern.

2D because the i'm not watching that s*** in post production 3D (which they are rushing).

I would watch it in both (2D and 3D) mediums.

I'll be seeing it in 3d cause i'm pretty sure there won't be any 2d showings here in Holland.

if i am lucky they will have a 2D version in the first week.

if they will not have it in 2D i will be forced to watch it in 3D. if i see one negative review that the 3D is bad i will whait for the DVD. i will NOT support 3D conversions after avatar. before avatar i get it. but now after its an insult. like i said if they would have money and time ( more then 6 months) would give it a chance.

I voted 2D... but I'm not sure if I would have a choice... IMAX 2D would be the best

So, all of you who oppose 3D will not see the movie in theaters even if the movie gets good reviews just because the 3D effects are annoying?

So, I take it that all would be similarly not go and see Thor, Spider-Man (in 3D.).

I prefer 2D, but will see it in 3D if there's no choice... and I'll try to sneak the glasses out O.O Yea they do make sure you return em on your way out

Spider-Man is being shot in 3D and the posters already make it look better than GL. Unlike a lot of people I've seen online I like the looks of the new Spider-Man suit and stuff.

Thor I'll be watching in 2D as well, I didn't even know that was a 3D movie.

lets make it clear. a lot of 3D fans are against 3D conversions. so i am not against 3D in general.

I'm against 3D, it always distracts away from a film. So original version for me.

I'm going to see the movie in 3D, I'm not fearful of it.

I kept the Real D glasses from my last flick, so I will pay for the 2D one, but when I go back again will probably theatrehop into the 3D one so I don't have to pay the extra 4 bones.
