I lost my aunt in 2011 to Ovarian Cancer, and she was 49 years old. She left 3 kids behind, all under the age of 20.

It's a horrible disease and it's frightening how many people are able to share stories nowadays. I was with her during her final moments via Skype, so spend as much time with your grandpa as you can.

Thanks, cancer sucks. I've had a ton of family die from it, and even more keep getting diagnosed. Things are tough right now. I'm trying hard to spend as much time as possible with him.

Sorry to hear that, its a horrible disease. It affects so many people besides the person and for me thats the worst part. My grandpa feels so bad about causing other pain etc and I wish I could help him so bad. Hes the most humble guy I know. It seems more and more people have been getting lately. We've been a society around toxic materials. I'm pretty sure my grandpa got it from working in the mills all his life.

I believe that. A lot of our problems are the byproduct of our own unhealthy practices.

In regards to your grandpa, it's terrible how the patients end up feeling like the ones causing all the harm. My aunt went through this phase of severe depression just because she blamed herself for leaving her children when they needed her most, with graduations and weddings just around the corner.

Do me a favor and tell your grandpa that there's a Redskins fan in the D.C. area who has a tremendous amount of respect for him. I commend him for his strength and I hope he has great memories with you while he can.

So just stopping by to ask everyone how there Halloween is going? I where my asm2 theater qulite costume to work today. The bad thing is a lot of the webbing on the hands has or is starting to come off already. The other parts of the costume are looking fine but a little dissapontied that a costumer that cost 130 is not has good has the movie one but still cool though just wish the webbing wouldn't come off for a long long time. It was cute a young boy like 5 years old asked me for a hug when I was in my costumer today at work. Going to go to a party in a little bit and my sister is having a party tomorrow for Halloween. What is everyone else up to?

Yeah it dose I think a few of my grandpa's sister had and died form cancer and my mom and grandma both had cancer at one point. My mom didn't have to do any thing other then just surjer though. My ant now has it for the 2nd time after 14 years being cancer free and this time it is a more aggressive cancer and with the kemo she cant really eat much has a lot of foods make her sick and she cant tast much. The kemo has effected her tast buds a gusse.

It's just so typical. Fans are so extremely predictable, either they are Batman fans, Spider-man fans or Doctor Who fans.

Fair point about Dexter. I just find it so incredibly stupid that people actually argue who "ruined" the show the most. *sigh* Of course, i'll keep watching the show, i just got unbelievably mad with the stuff i read, that i had to get them out of my system.
