Have you played Uncharted with the Pro Elite Pat? Does it work well?

No man, I haven't played Uncharted yet but I did finish inFamous 2 recently and the pad was perfect. Iv also been playing through Metal Gear Solid 2. When I get back to my house I'll play some Uncharted and let ya know how the controller works out.

That Pro Elite looks like a winner. The Gioteck one looks like it has the same issues as it's predecessor, so I would advise everyone to steer clear of it.

yeah i actually went to best buy today and talked to one of the people and asked him about which controller would be better The Pro Elite or the Hf-2 and he said the Pro Elite one is pretty good and the Hf-2 has a lot of issues with the Dead Zone but he said that Giotec will release some kind of update where you can change the sensitivity but he didn't know when they will. So i guess i am gonna go with Pro Elite the Best Buy around me didn't have it i am gonna go stop by my local Gamestop and pick one up.

Yea i mean like i said im loving that Pro Elite. Iv switched to it as my main controller. It used to be that id only use it for FPS's, but it worked so well with inFamous 2 that its now my go to.

The only thing i noticed was when i was playing Metal Gear Solid 4, that if i moved Snake in a diagonal direction, he would slow to a walk instead of continuing to run. Im not sure what was going on as i havent experienced that with anything else, nor does it do that with Metal Gear Solid 2.

i got it played infamous with it worked pretty good the turn was a little slower but not too much that it bothered me so much i am gonna try Killzone 3 and Uncharted tomorrow since my parents are hogging the television right now


But is there a way to make the R2 buttons the main way to shoot or do you have to use the R1 buttons

Depends on the game. Just go into controller settings.

interesting..my have to try this out..i've only got killzone 3 fps on PS now..and i use the move controllers which i really like.
all others are on pc..cos i like the mouse controls.
I might have to look into this pro elite if its a good piece of kit.

Played Uncharted 2 and Killzone 3 with the Pro Elite today worked amazing highly recomend this sadly you can't use the L2 and R2 Triggers to shoot but surprisingly it feels really good to shoot with the R1 and L1 triggerss on the Pro Elite. For those who want a Xbox controller for their Ps3 the only downside is that it takes a really long time to charge and you can't turn on the Ps3 with the controller but this controller is totally worth it i think i am going to check out Mortal Kombat next and Resistance
