If BC is only Quentin Beck in SP3 working strangely behind the scenes say during MJ's theatre performance it may be better then just having him as Mysterio.

Give BC two or three effective short scenes (with hints of jealousy for Parker or MJ etc) with good dialoge and I'll be happy with that

Save Mysterio for next film where he could be built up with a good story maybe use the story where he tries to have Spidey framed for various crimes.

The Lizard and Mysterio two main villains for next film.

I'd like to see "Symbiote Spidey" somehow cause Beck some problems in this one that pushes him into becoming Mysterio.

Beck has a normal life and then Spidey comes in and screws it up. This sets him up to get revenge and to come back as Mysterio later on. Poor Pete wouldn't know what he had done because the Symbiote would have been messing with his mind at the time.

Yeah, I don't believe Doc is dead either. Those "Arms" had a mind of their own and I believe they would have fought to live and pulled him out as well.

Unless this series runs a long time I'm doubting we will see his return though.

I'm guessing all the villains in these films will be left "open ended" in case they want to use them down the line without having to reboot the movie continuity to do it.

Heck, who says the movie "Goblin Formula" didn't have a healing factor as well.

I'd love to see Norman clawing his way out of his grave!

Of course Spidey has such a rich group of villians to choose from that there is no reason to repeat themselves at this point.

No, I don't think he did. I think he's always said (in regards to the villains) "They just go away".....I take that to mean there's enough room left open to bring them back if someone wants to.

If they do ever use Mysterio I hope they keep the classic look for him. The fishbowl has got to stay.......maybe a hollow "Darth Vader" type voice for him too. Something that would scare the crap out of the kids. Ha!

1. I wouldnt mind if Mysterio's appearance is like that of his video game counterpart. I thought he looked pretty cool in the game.

2. I would think Mysterio would be in the game, especially if he's in the movie. But if his role in the movie is small, then expect his role in the Spider-Man 3 game to be fairly minimal as well.

3. I dont think the games are cannon, just like the MTV cartoon. So I guess it can be ignored. That or Mysterio breaks out in the game version, and it's Spidey's job to bring him back in.

I agree, that would be aweasome if Mysterio looked like how he did in the game. No the games are not cannon with the movies.

You're probably right. I guess I just thought his role in the Spider-Man 2 game was fairly large in itself, and to give Mysterio another large role in the Spider-Man 3 game feel like a bit of a retread, but then again, maybe not. I like Mysterio, so I certainly wouldnt mind seeing his role expanded upon in the video game.

I think it's more realistic that Mysterio and Sandman would unite...it would be extra pointless for Mysterio to be alone....

also...when I heard there would be a 4th villain...I thought it was going to be chameleon....because when I saw one of the photo's on set showing the cover of the Daily Bugle with spiderman in the black costume, robbing a bank "spider-man finally shows his true colors"....this reminds me of the cartoons when Peter was out for 2 days and wakes up to find someone posing as him with the sinister six.....
