From what Pat wrote, it sounds like maybe Clark sacrifices himself?

Makes sense. I can see him entering the Phantom Zone in exchange for saving innocent lives.

As long as season 6 is picked up.. I'm pretty sure we'll see him again though. ;)

I was thinking something along those lines. In order to get rid of Zod from Lex he makes Zod get into Clark somehow and then Clark throws himself in the Phantom Zone.

Its probably not gonna be anything like that though, 'cause I'm always wrong when I speculate. :O

Brainiac, Serene, I think I need to join you in that coffee. Although I have already had one.

If Clark throws himself in the Zone, wouldnt all the Kryptonian criminals in there (Namek, Zod etc) literally beat the hell out of him....hes pretty outnumbered....assuming of course he even has powers in the zone, which I doubt.

Im anxious to see the real general Zod, not Lex as the vessel.

Speculating is still fun though. I like this one, though, I wonder how he would get out.

Oh and why stop with just one cup of joe. I have no guilt about having a whole pot and pretty much spazzing my way through the day.

I dont really know how the PZ works, only what I can remember from Supergirl and I dont know how accurate that was. (probably not) But dont they all get sent to their own PZ.

Didnt they say the real Jor-el would be in the Season Opener.

Okay, I'm on it.

Ahhhh I see so Daddy would come to the rescue once again. Hmm he might need to rethink that relationship with dear old Dad.

If Clark does get trapped in the Phantom Zone am I the only one that thinks itd be sweet seeing Jonathan Kent to the rescue  Hell stranger things have happened these last 5 Years

JK's last appearence will be in Oracle, if anything, Jor-El will be the 1 to rescue Clark if he gets trapped.

Which would be good, if they are going to have Clark learn anything from him, they need to start fixing his image and explaining some of his less than pure actions.

True that I hope Jor El explains a few things & helps Clark sees the big Picture & Jor El gets a nice little apology from Clark

They said theyre hoping he will be, trying to get Stamp to do it.

I dont know how the PZ works either. Its obviously handled way differently in the comics than how SV will deal with it (since SV based it off the Donner films....and I have no idea how they were doing it).

I really dont wana see Clark in the PZ though. Clark screaming in that little card as it flies away would look really cheesy as a cliffhanger!

That would look cheesy. However, if they showed Clark in some dark and desolate looking place that was obviously out of this dimension, then that could work.

Well the way that Jor-el has treated Clark so far, I dont think Clark owes him an apology.

It should be Jor-el saying "I'm sorry my son for the hard way I have been treating you, but it was all for teaching you the lessons of life here on earth the hard way." Or something like that.

Especially is he was nekked!

Thatd be funny, sad and very embarassing at the same time.

But if they do the PZ, they'll have to do the card thing... they already did it in Arrival. When a person gets sucked into the zone portal, they appear trapped in that confinement card.

Don't think they'll do that, we saw that at the end of Season 3 already.

We have some riot with 80 people, a car crashing in the daily planet basement, millions of people will be killed, the virus, clark's huge choice, Lex's new superpowers/Zod.. and other stuff we don't know about yet.

I would be PISSED if the last time we see JK is not even actually but some thing controlled by Braniac or whoever to trick Clark. Id be pissed if thats how they last use that Character :o

The Jor-El issue is really one of the biggest mysteries of the show.

He does come off as sort of a bad guy, but then again, is it just all a case of a greater priority that Clark <and we, the viewing audience> can't really grasp yet?

Interestingly, in Relic, Jor-El complained about having a domineering father, and being forced to do things out of responsibility as opposed to his own free will.

Like father, like son..

Millions of people will be killed? seriously

There's certainly alot going on. Yeah, the PZ's probably an easy scapegoat.

The official description says it..

Brainiac (guest star James Marsters.) unleashes a deadly virus, which will kill millions of people, and refuses to give Clark (Tom Welling) the vaccine unless he agrees to release General Zod.

Vengeance and Void Dnsk.

Jonathan Kent is & will always be one of the best Characters on the Show. To use his Character the last time in such a crap way is bleh. JS should fight for a proper send off if they are going to bring him back

I think thats badly worded. I think it implies millions COULD be killed if the virus is out....
