Now we have confirmation of the Name of the episode 9.12 called Persuasion which will be directed by series star Tom Welling
Episode 9.12 Persuasion will be airing tentatively on January 29th.

Looks like "Society" might be episode 11 and not 12 like its been reported for awhile.

I always have a fear when I hear Tom is directing that the episode before will be Clark-lite(there is a pretty bad track record for episodes before the one Tom directs with Void, Static, Sleeper and Beast)

Wonder how that will work with Society being filmed before Persuasion.

he's already directed a handful of episodes. I'd say he has good skills. I honestly can't tell the difference between him and a professional director.

I can't wait to see Tom direct another episode . Tom's a good director and for the most part I greatly enjoyed the episode he's directed . His best one so far is without a doubt Season 7 episode 18 - Apocalypse.

Yea i enjoyed alot of tom's past directing. As for episodes we already know a bunch of episodes were filmed in one order but episodes got shuffled around. I believe they recently finished disciple and filming starts this weekend i think for society. But only thing not sure right now is if this episode or society is airing first. Though i could see society being episode 11. I am sure they would love to start off with that episode from return from mid season. Then this episode at number 12.

Also thanks for which ever mod put the title in for me.

Strangely, Fragile is probably my favorite of his directing jobs. It was a sweet charming episode that reminded me of the couple of Ryan episodes we got several seasons back.

I miss Ryan.

yea i have always liked the episodes were clark was with younger kids. Those episodes had a special touch.

Allison Mack’s Directing Episode Revealed

Accourding to Smallville production list, Allison Mack who portrays Smallville’s own Chloe Sullivan will direct the episode after the two part episode “Society” and “Legends” which will likely be titled ‘Persuasion’.
There are no information availiable when the episode airs. But we keep you updated when any changes will happen.
This is Allison Mack’s second episode which she directs. The first episode was 8.13 ‘Power’ last season.

Ksite is reporting this will be episode 13, with society and legends being episode 11 and 12 respectively. Also this episode has now been retitled "Hubris".
So if any mods see this could we have title changed for episode 13 and retitle with new title name?

also according to craig on ksite, it looks like allison mack isnt directing hubris(formally persuasion) or episode 14(conspiracy). Maybe she has been bumped to a little later.

yea very interesting new title for this episode, also its always fun reading the meaning for episode titles, and seeing if their meaning has something to do with the episode. Cant wait for details to come out.

So it was reported the other day on Ksite that Hubris has none gone back to the title "Persuasion". I wonder why it changed again?

maybe this could be that red kryptonite episode mentioned awhile ago and for some reason it has an altered affect on clark or something. Or we got another new kryptonite on the rise. Also i noticed this episode will now be episode 14 due to warrior change and we also need the thread title changed back to Persuasion.

Actually it's always been episode 14

Abolute Justice is ep 11 + 12
Warrior is ep 13

When those episodes switched places Persuasion was 14 both times. I am guessing this is labeled 13 because they counting AJ as 1 episode.

I just wonder when Lois gets persuaded, if we will see her at home like June Cleaver
