How can they not have "No Mutant Is An Island"? That's like the beginning to the whole Dark Phoenix saga.

I think if there will be a Vol. 5 than that will pretty much be season 5, all the episodes from season 5 and the 4 missing episodes.

Jeez louise, Disney really went full ****** with the ordering of episodes here, and theres really no reason for it. I actually liked the first two DVD releases (aside from the lack of features), but this is just stupid. People really need to write to Disney and tell them to start treating us with a little respect. They've done nothing but screw over the fans of their (and Marvels) animated series time and time again.

I'm guessing they must be going by air date for "No Mutant is an Island" which aired later than it was supposed to and of course Disney isn't going to go out of their way to correct things like that unlike smaller companies like BCI or Shout!. Also a little interesting tv.com says there is two versions of the episode No Mutant Is An Island.
