I don't have an ipod yet. I'm waiting for the new one.
And when that one comes out, you'll want the new one that was announces the day you got that one too.
^ I agree. My beef with Ipods is that they seem to have left the category of "MP3" player and transcended into the pompous world of self-titles.
I was pretty anti-ipod until I actually got my hands on one.
I don't know what I'd do without it.
No more than SONY did with 'WALKMAN' in the 80's.
Just another reason to HATE Sony.
True, goes to show how impressionable we are.
So anyway, I was finally going to get an iPod since I wanted something that could play video... I know that the new iPod (either the video or iPhone will be announced this week). It wont be released until November though and that sucks because I need it before then.
So looks like I will be buying an iPod only to have it become outdated within 2 months.
I hate you Steve Jobs.
Deep down we are all trend ****es
Yes, I had a Jansport bookbag.
An Apple cellphone. iDon't iYou iKnow iAnything?
iM sorry. iLL get to googling.
I hate trends more than I hate anything.
So full of hatred.
No, I love many things.
Chips Ahoy cookies.
Apart from its looks the iPods totally suck.
heh ok. You people disliking "trends" seem to be a bit..hurt by the iPod's existence.
Everyone knows that looks are all that matter anyway!
Who's hurt? And I personally don't care about it being "trendy". It's the fact that people have started calling all MP3 players "iPods" that makes me think Apple's little golden child has gotten a swollen ego. I have a Creative Zen Micro and everybody that I meet that looks at it goes, "Oh is that the new iPod?".
........it says "Creative" in HUGE WHITE LETTERS on the front
I'm not getting another new iPod if one comes out this year because I just got the video one for christmas!
I hate iPods because of
Poor sound quality
Poor battery life
Anything else I have missed?
On my $200 in-ear headphones, it's perfect.
I easily get 15-17 hours of battery on my ipod video. More than enough for daily use.
I dropped my ipod video in the subway once, sounded pretty bad. Picked it up, saw no scratches, and listened on.
Yeah, pretty much every single aspect was a direct miss.
I've not had any of the problems you've just described with any of the iPods I've owned. They've all been far superior to the Creative players I've had. I guess YMMV.
You got cake like that?
That's a lot of MP3 players. What do you do; lease them?
