i personally think love knows no age. But almost every1 under the age of 18 doesn't know what love is. I would be fine seeing something terrible happening from this since you had to learn from it somehow build characteR? You did the right thing going to the hype telling people your problems and getting helpful bad comments to you to stop you from doing this. I remember Wilhelm givin me some sage wisdom during the summer which i listened to and really saved my ass Ultimately it is your decision no matter what have fun doing it

This has advanced a little in the past few weeks. We talked on the phone for hours and I felt a good connection. She's so cute and small.

Fact is she's 13 going on 14 but still in 8th grade. You are going to be 16 in a few weeks and what in the 11th grade?

When I was Junior in High School, if I dated an 8th grader, I think I would have been ridiculed by most of my peers.

If you are are a Senior, and she's a Freshman next year, it's a lil more socially acceptable, although still a few parents wouldn't want their freshman daughter dating a senior teenager.

Ridiculed huh? you know, I always though such age gaps like that in highschool was kind of strange, but the more I got older and more socially aware of the happenings of people where I live I seen more and more highschool couples with age gaps like that, even larger. Highschool kids dating 20 year olds...so I started to not even bat an eye anymore.

Is it really that strange for some of you people here? maybe it's because kids here get into alot of things at a younger age because there's not much else to do. *shrugs* But yeah...no matter what anybody says here, it's not obviously not going to change tw's decision. I think he's just looking for positive answers to make himself feel about about the whole skedaddle

That's why anybody 99.99% of the time is doing on here, looking for validation for an already prethought out decision.

And in the end yes it's only a 2 year difference, but there has to be a line somewhere and I think if you are a highschooler, less than a year from being a Senior that maybe you shouldn't be looking at the jr high school for dates regardless of the "connection" he feels.
