A semi-difficult batman question

Alright, well long drunken pointless sotery short. I was watchign batman mask of the phantasm and i remebered one panel in a batman story where he was perched underneath a drainpipe and the panel said how the water hid his tears. and damned if i could remember what book it was from. hush? long halloween? year one? i dont know! any help would be great, and feel free to tell your favorite batman panel. besides tha one, mine would be where he kisses catwoman in hush volume 1 with the full moon in the back and he keeps referring back to it. call me queer, but i really enjoyed that. anyways, i am rambling. thanks fellow nerds.
