A series regular will die & more spoilers

"a startling new Israeli hero with high tech capabilities".

Huh?

Hana...She's been in the novels on NBC/Heroes website for the last couple of weeks. They didn't show her during the show Monday but they did show a clip of her and Ted(Radioactive Man) together during Deal or No Deal.

Hana is gonna be awesome, her power seems really cool. Can't wait to learn more of her.

Does anyone else feel that they're almost trying to write Milo Ventimiglia (Peter) out of the show? Perhaps because of a movie thing or something, kinda like Cyclops/James Marsden in X-men 3?

Maybe it's just me.

I hope not, I ifnd him to be one of the more interesting characters.

What if they killed off Micah? That woul dbe unexpected, they never kill off kids. It would give DL and Nikki/Jessica incentive into the 'hero thing', because right now they seem to have more of a self interest(as opposed to Hiro, Isaac, and Peter that want to actively use their powers to help)

The strange thing about tv land is that they will often kill off a character or write him out for some time not to advance the story line but because of things happening in the real world (like with Eden), and that's what I'm afraid might be happening with Peter, seeing as he's disappearing and all.

Anyway, Peter and Hiro are easily the most popular ones and the 'stars' of the show, with Claire close behind.

"Some people will be upset (when they learn who dies), sure," says "Heroes" creator and executive producer Tim Kring. "During February sweeps we are going to kill off one of our regulars, someone who has been with the show from the very beginning."

Still he hints that we may not be seeing the last of whomever it is that is being knocked off. "But with the ability to bend time and change things, not all of those who are killed are making their last appearance on the show--and we actually do have plans for the character who's dying."

I don't think it's Simone cuz they're obviously all about the big Simone/Issac/Peter love triangle. That must be going somewhere.

It won't be Claire. Or Hiro, or Peter, or Nathan. Micah and D.L are pretty safe at this point as well I think.

Ando works too well as Hiro's sidekick. It might happen, but I doubt it. I know I'd be pissed. They make a great team and they've had so many great scenes together.

It can't be Parkman, or Clea Duvall's toon...they didn't show up until a few eps in, so they "weren't there from the beginning."

It has to be Nikki/Jessica. One of them finally taking control and the other one eating teh lead salad. Kring said it wasn't the last we'd see of the character and I can buy a multiple personality coming back from the dead way easier than a real person.

So that's my bet. Either Nikki or Jessica will bite the bullet...but which one survives remains the mystery. And they could drag that mystery around for a looooong time.

The actor playing Zach is already committed to the new Terminator series. I say he bites it.

Hmmm. I didn't think of that one.

Seems like a waste to have Claire trying to re-ignite her friendship with him though if he's just gonna die.

Unless Zach's death is what motivates her to hit the road and find her parents...

Second look, that "bending time" quote makes me think Ando might be in danger....maybe Hiro will go back and save Ando when he couldn't save Charlie?

I hope not. I like Ando.

Well its clear that Claire, Hiro and Peter are not going to be the ones dieing.

And this time I think the one dieing will be a male since they have already killed off 2 females and have yet to kill off any of the males

heh, if your name is a referenceto what I think it is, then you should think back to all the women Joss Whedon killed on his shows.:cwink:

Since I seem to be in "Prediction mood" tonight, I'm thinking that Parkman's wife is gonna leave him because he proves the mind-reading thing to her.

She seems like a good person but when she realizes Matt REALLY CAN read her thoughts she's gonna leave him.

For whatever reason, I just don't think she could handle it.

Spoiliers for the death:

Question: I watched the Heroes pilot again after Tim Kring told you someone from the opening minutes would soon die. Well, in the first 10 minutes, the main people are Mohinder, Peter, Simone, H.R.G., Niki/Jessica, Micah, Claire and Zach. I'm putting money on Simone or H.R.G. only because we saw Peter die, and that's too easy. Any odds?— Andrew

Ausiello: I can confirm that it's definitely one of the nine you listed. Actually, make that eight. We can rule out Zach (see below for more on that).

Question: How much longer is the character of Zach going to be on Heroes? When he was mind-wiped and forgot his friendship with Claire, it seemed like a natural opportunity for producers to resolve his story line and rid themselves of a problem actor. So I was disappointed when I tuned in to the Jan. 22 episode and saw actor Isaiah Wash — oops, I mean Thomas Dekker — still under their employ. Is Zach going to officially "come out" as straight on the show, or will his orientation remain a mystery until he leaves for his sure-to-be-canceled Terminator series on Fox?— John

Ausiello: Get this: Monday's episode was Dekker's — and Zach's — last. And let's not be so quick to blame Dekker. As I was recently made aware, his manager was one of several forces conspiring to "straighten up" Zach (one of which is very high up).

And I can't find it, but I'm almost entirely positive that he also said that the person dieing would be a woman. So, my guess is either Simone or Jessica. There's no way they're going to kill off Claire, and it would make sense for Niki to find a way to eject Jessica out of her for good, since we saw that she can use the strength powers without Jessica's help.

Remember the spoilers someone posted here? I think who bites it is
the cheerleader, cause there was rumour of a scene where she gets he brain removed - and then her brain grows another body.

Well then she doesn't really die, then, does she? If she grows another body, she'll still be alive.

Spectre313, you are correct, but from the P.O.V. of the Average Joe who's watching the show and doesn't go to forums, it will look like a pretty fatal death that kills.

Wow
It really is lookin' like Nikki/Jessica

could be that Jessica seems to die, but in reality survives and is posing as Niki. Either that or Niki really is able to beat her, and we won't be seeing Jessica for some time.

"a startling new Israeli hero with high tech capabilities".

Huh?

In the comics on the site, there's already an Israeli soldier girl that hasn't shown up in the series yet. Its probably her.

Jessica and Nikki are two different people. Perhaps they have separate powers. Maybe Jessica has some out of body thing and Niki has super strength, which Jessica uses and is somehow hidden from Nikki. Under this theory, one of them could die while the other lives.

I don't think Issac will die. If memory serves, he was not in the original vision of the future since his brain was missing. He is now in the vision (puts his arms around simone), because the "cheerleader was saved" from sylar which lead to sylar's capture. I am pulling this from memory, mind you.

Last episde showed that Nikki
has super strength as well when she was screaming she wanted to talk to her son, she broke the guard's baton and she seemed shocked by it.

Memory sometimes fails us.:cwink:

Isaac was in the first vision doing the same exact thing.
