I really enjoyed this epsiode. Maybe it's because my expectations were below ground.

The Blue Fairy is the Black Fairy theory is started to get credible. Blue was so defensive on whether or not see knows/seen the Author and she did not think Regina's plan was crazy. So maybe she as the Black Fairy found the Author and persuaded him to change her fate and become the Blue Fairy.

could be. odd she'd keep her wand guarded.. unless she's afraid her old ways would come back. Though, im a bit confused why Mal still wouldn't be the black fairy..its the most fitting.

I do wonder what deep dark secret the charmings are hiding though.. that only cruella and ursula seem to know... the way they went about it makes it seem like it's quite horrible

also... i'm a bit annoyed the queens of darkness don't seem to want regina's head on a platter... Ursula was enraged when we last saw her at Regina for impersonating her, and Mal is going after the charmings? really? after Regina kept her as a dragon?

I don't think that's really accurate. If she was enraged, she would've killed her outright. She just basically told her "Don't do that again, b****" and, to be fair, Regina didn't.

I agree with you on Mal, though. But we also don't know what her whole gameplan is.

Well, well, well. It seems that Cruella De Vil isn't just a furious fashionista.

On Sunday's spring premiere of Once Upon a Time, viewers were introduced to the maven of monochrome's magical power: the gift of persuasion over animals. All it takes is one breath (of halitosis? pheromones?) from Cruella (Victoria Smurfit), and the critter is hers to command.

But how far do her powers extend? Could she hold sway over fairy-tale creatures like unicorns? "We are actually going to test that theory -- whether or not she can control magical creatures -- in the second half of the season," co-creator Edward Kitsis tells TVGuide.com. Controlling magical creatures is only one step away from controlling magical beings that are part animal. If Cruella has this ability, then she could potentially have influence over her fellow Queens of Darkness Ursula (Merrin Dungey), who is part octopus, and Maleficent (Kristin Bauer Van Straten), who has the ability to take dragon form.

Whether or not Cruella would turn on her allies remains to be seen. But at least one resident of Storybrooke should be worried. Archie (Raphael Sbarge) owns a Dalmatian named Pongo, whom the EPs promise will make an appearance this season. "He will absolutely run into Cruella," Kitsis says. Gulp!

Cruella was fabulous. The other two were fine, Ursula was better in our world than flashbacks.

Bug + other car arrive back in sorrybrooke. Emma gets out and hugs Henry first, then Hook. Lily gets out of the bug too. Regina and Robin get out of the orher car with Roland.
Then Regina and David go back the bug and basically drag Zelena (yes really, Bex is here) out of the car.

Ausiello: Episode 15 (airing March 15) will reveal why the pirate has a quite complicated past with sea witch Ursula — and the nature of it is “far worse” than any romantic indiscretion, says co-creator Eddy Kitsis. “When you think about what would be worse than having your heart broken, I would say having your soul crushed. You’re going to see the entire flashback of what happened, with the origin of Ursula.”

Question: Is Once Upon a Time actually considering a Belle/Hook pairing or are they just keeping the two busy, while Rumple and Emma are busy with the Queens of Darkness? —Linda
Ausiello: No, no, no. They’re not hinting at a Belle/Hook pairing. Belle and Will Scarlett, however, may be a different story, as you’ll see teased this Sunday. As series co-creator Eddy Kitsis notes, Belle and Will, after all, have “a lot in common,” in that “they both fell in love with villains (Rumple and Wonderland’s Red Queen, respectively), and they both hoped that these villains would be redeemed.” And they both were let down. With Rumple banished (as far as Belle knows!) and Anastasia MIA, “Anytime you have your heart broken,” Kitsis says, “you look for a way to smile again.”

And why would you bring back a zelena with a clean slate of none of the events that had happened happened? unless... she has been lurking in the shadows posing as other people for a while now.. and switched out for marian later, during the Frozen half of the season

Kristen's face was damn near heartbreaking when she put the [blackout]rattle[/blackout] back together.

Interesting twist with what Snow and Charming did, though we still don't have all the details.

Cruella is still killing it. "If that old goat still wolfed out I'd skin her and make her a part of my collection."
