Eh.. well they already screwed that up by making mulan the lesbian in the firstplace... it was like.. "here lets pick her because she dressed like a man" id much rather see mulan with a strong independent princess then someone like aurora to be honest

You're not, they have fallen off story wise since the first season and a lot of the intrigue is gone due to their insistence on Gold and Regina being the big bads even when they aren't. That said they have crafted other strong independent women on the show other than Mulan.

so i think it's safe to say the Dagger manifests a different look for everyone... Rumple went gold... and swan looks like she may go pale and "black swan" like in appearance.
