Um...I like Guitar Hero.
I agree with the rest of what you said though.
I don't like the music game genre AT ALL....it is essentially Tetris...
Tetris?
you sir either have absolutely no idea what you are talking about...or you are just grasping at straws for an insult.
In either case...you get this: :facepalm
I'm thinking it's already headed that way judging by the rather boring and sameness of a demo they showed during E3.
EA's response to Activision's legal threats called them as ridiculous as "a husband abandoning his family and then suing after his wife meets a better looking guy."
When did EA become the cool publisher and Activision the jackasses?
Haha. I LOVE EA's response to the lawsuit:
Ive always liked EA and they've been around just as long as Activision has....Activision was established in 79 by some guys who worked at Atari and were ticked about not getting credit for games they developed...EA was found in 82
Yea i used to not have a problem with EA. I was a big Madden fan back on the PS2 days. I started to have a problem with them when they gained the exclusive license to the NFL and ESPN and proceeded to release crappy Madden after crappy Madden due to the fact they no longer had any competition. It seems they are beginning to turn a corner, at least with Madden anyway, the new lead designer, Ian Cummings, asks for alot of feedback on different forums and i think its helping push Madden back in the right direction. I think EA has a whole is moving in a better direction.
I thought that was a ***** move on their part....I guess you go into panic mode when a competitor releases a brand new football game for $19.99
Im a fan of the Tiger Woods franchise and this years offering looks like a true next gen Tiger Woods game
....I love guitar hero. It's the only game I play better drunk. And I'm drunk a lot. You go to hell BL. You go to hell and you die!
Yea altho i cant blame EA too much for that as its now believed that the NFL sought them out for exclusivity and there was some back door dealings that were in place that would effectively keep 2K from being able to obtain the license. There was shady business on both sides. Now the ESPN thing is completely different. They bought that just so 2K couldn't use it. I mean EA hasn't even effectively implemented the license in really any of their products. A ticker here and there isn't fooling anyone.
Hey man, just because you can't play it doesn't mean the game sucks.
Don't hate the game, hate the player.
