Actors that wont quit even though we hate them

Why any actors should quit because some anonymous fellows don't like them ?

Chris Tucker, Martin Lawrence, Adam Sandler and a few others

Will Ferrell
Mia Wasikowska
Keira Knightley
Ellen Page
Channing Tatum
George Clooney
Wasikowska, Page and Clooney?! You must be joking

Brad Pitt
Tom Cruise
Jon Voight
Nicolas Cage
Angelina Jolie
Bruce Willis
James Franco
Pitt, Cruise and Willis are huge icons and there's a reason for it. The only one on your list that needs to change his career a little is Willis. No more tired Die Hard action, please.

Actors & actresses I can't stand:

Seth Rogen
Shia Labeouf
George Clooney
Ellen Dengenres
Russell Brand
Channing Tatum
Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Anniston
Angelina Jolie

Some of Adam Sandler's movies are funny because of Dennis Dugan and/or his supporting cast. But Sandler himself is such a terrible actor. I was watching Grown Ups last night and he's supposed to be some big shot Hollywood agent type. What a great "character" to become! You could have the slicked back hair and ponytail, call everyone "baby", play to all those things that poke fun at the characterization of a stereotypical Hollywood agent. Instead we get Sandler being, well, Sandler. Yelling and doing the high-pitched voice thing. Really, no matter who he's playing, he's just being himself. It's getting old.

But I still liked Grown Ups overall. Just like I like The Wedding Singer and Happy Gilmore. The one I really don't understand is Will Farrell. I just don't get it. I really don't see what's funny or even remotely entertaining about him. He ruins otherwise good movies. I remember seeing the trailer for the Other Guys. I was like, Awesome! The Rock, Sam Jackson and Mark Whalberg in one movie! This is gonna be badass! Then Will Farrell shows up acting all Will Ferrelly and I was like, Done. Never gonna see this.

I cant really blame actors because who would want to give up that gig and if you work with the right person even a bad actor can be entertaining, so my answer is going to be the Hollywood parasite directors, Aaron Friedberg and Jason Seltzer who make those awful parody movies that people only ever go see because they assume it might be funny like Scary Movie 1 and 2.

Those two hacks really do need to stop.

This, I totally agree with.

And while I personally don't hate her, I know a lot of others do, and Megan Fox doesn't look like she's going anywhere.

Little Nicky was on TV today. I watched about 5 minutes of it.

I hate Adam Sandler...so much.

Channing Tatum and Justin Timberlake.

Timberlake isn't a terrible actor, but he's not good, either. I think of every role he played, namely "The Social Network", and just think how much stronger the movie would've been with a more capable actor in the part.

Tatum has the on-screen presence of hamburger meat. Does anyone not notice he's cross-eyed?

I still think Waterboy and Happy Gilmore were funny.

Now Sandler's new stuff I cannot and will not defend.

He obviously doesn't attempt any form of quality control. It's like he's daring Hollywood to lower his 20 million salary.

Anyone that doesn't think Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison are funny has no soul. Not even joking.

Happy Gilmore I agree with. Billy Madison did nothing for me. The last watchable movie he made was Click, IMO. Not that it's anything great.

I had such high hopes for Sandler after The Wedding Singer and Punch Drunk Love. He showed real range in those films and he was also very good in Happy Gilmore, Airheads and even The Waterboy. But somewhere along the way, he just decided to go for the lowest-common denominator and started cranking out turds because I guess that was what made him the most money. It's easy enough to avoid seeing his films but I wish there was a way to even avoid seeing TRAILERS for his films when I go to the movie theater. Sure, that might be the perfect time to go get some popcorn or use the bathroom, but then you run the risk of missing another trailer that you actually want to see.

The dude's been in four movies in 15 years. And he his role in Silver Linings Playbook wasn't even a comedic role.
