Memo to Malice:

I have thought long and hard about your duties. I think that the best way you could help the Adopt A Newbie Program is to help lead the fresh young Newbies that join the SHH! Boards on the right path by recommending they be adopted by an Oldbie who can work with them so that they do not turn into Problem Posters like bakerboy, Concrete, the8TH, etc.

P.S. I hope you don't mind the silly costume you have to wear.
