Remember AeternoBlade, the Nintendo 3DS side-scroller that found inspiration in Muramasa: The Demon Blade and Castlevania? It’s nearly finished.
Remember AeternoBlade, the Nintendo 3DS side-scroller that found inspiration in Muramasa: The Demon Blade and Castlevania? It’s nearly finished, and it’ll be available via the Nintendo eShop soon, the studio behind it has announced.[YT]FqeriS53hkI[/YT]
AeternoBlade is a side-scrolling action game that allows you to rewind time. If you screw up, you can reverse events in realtime, and them do them over again. This feature is demonstrated in a trailer for the game that was released last month, which you can view above. In addition to its time-reversal mechanic, AeternoBlade also includes a combo-customization system.
AeternoBlade will be available on January 14th, 2014 in both North America and Europe. Prior to that, Europe will see a demo of the game on December 12th, 2013. In Japan, AeternoBlade will be published by Arc System Works under the title Time Avenger.

I don't think this is that new ip that one of the heads of Nintendo said they were working on. But it's cool never the less, to see some new ip. it's just a shame again it's not for the Wii U as well. Hope it does well.
