I think Barton's wife is probably already dead and is just seen in flashbacks. I originally thought War Machine would die but with Fox still using QS I think he bites the dust. They were going to use him before Fox did and since Fox got great reviews on their QS it probably made Marvel feel he was expendable in the movie rather than keep doing the QS dance with Fox. That's probably what causes SW's scream/cries in the trailers.

Whedon confirmed it yesterday. He says he asked Marvel to cut down Thanos' planned role in GOTG so it didn't conflict with his plans for Age of Ultron.

It's part of Whedon's thing. He is known for killing off his main cast members. Also, keep in mind the expectation that everyone is going to assume Civil War ends with an apparent death of Captain America.

Well it's been confirmed someone who's supposedly important will die for good in an EW article, but even without that it just makes sense for there to be a death leading into or at least during Civil War storywise. You can't really blame anyone for speculating who that could be.

Kinda cool, in that clip where Ultron throws a temper tantrum, look at his mouth. The side plates open up apparently, I assume when he's angry. When he was yelling and opened his mouth, he flat out had the jack-o-lantern face there. Hollow mouth and everything.

Also, in the most recent tv spot, there is a shot of Ultimate Ultron, in front of..something? And it's night time. Sooo..what?? Unless that's before the final fight
