S3E14 synopsis

http://www.spoilertv.com/2016/03/agents-of-shield-episode-314-watchdogs.html

The return of agent Blake. I was wondering when he might show up again.

Another interesting thing to note about that synopsis for S3E14...

Mack's as-of-yet-unmentioned brother, which makes his possible role in that spaceship scene from the start of S3E11 even more likely.

I am sure this has been discussed. But, I wish AOS would at least make a mention of Daredevil. Not saying he has to appear. But, with their hunt for Inhumans. You would think he would pique their interest.

Also, in Age of Ultron Fury gets a helicarrier out of mothballs. Would be nice if AOS would reference or show it.

For all they know, Daredevil is just a nut in a costume who knows karate. He hasn't demonstrated "super" powers.

well if rumors are truth, Phil Coulson may appear in Iron Fist... Clark Gregg is a huge danny rand film and apparently made someone at marvel promise to cameo him on the show.

I think people are assuming what Civil War is about and then being upset when the movie is going in a different direction. From everything I can tell, the movie is about controlling the Avengers. It's not about superpowered people generally (screenshots of pictures notwithstanding). Therefore, it has no reason to reference Agents of SHIELD.

You've zeroed in on (what I find to be) the most irritating complaint on fan sites:'they're not telling the story right'.
These viewers watch the show and somehow feel that, given all the time they invested, they must be entitled to have a say in the direction it takes.
How else could you explain the death threats to show runners?!
That's an extreme example but on a smaller scale, simply expressing disappointment with a creative solution is acceptable.
Then there is a line crossed when you see a fan has clearly built up a storyline in their head canon that completely diverges from the show's narrative.
Head canon can be an amazing thing, especially if you are in step with the writing style so that the narrative meshes with your perception of the world the writers have built.
Not so much as to be predictable, but if you are onboard for the ride and open to be told a story, why argue with the story teller?
I can't help but liken it to a petulant child being told a bedtime story and interrupting with 'why's and 'what about'... not really paying attention to the story but more concerned with the story they want to hear.
To those childlike adults I say: let's see your script.

I think they've kinda just said screw being in MCU continuity at this point.

AOS and the others tv show will never stop to reference the MCU, even if the movies don't do it yet.

That's not true. This show is always tying in events that are happening in the rest of the MCU. But that doesn't mean that everything everywhere has to be constantly connected and we get reminded of it ad nauseam.
The movies will get around to incorporating something that's happened in the network shows and in the Netflix shows eventually. When it happens, we'll have the extra geekasm on top of what we already enjoy.
In the mean time, rejoice in the awesomeness that we are getting.

Where are these rumours coming from?

And these days, with the TV division so separate from the movies, it's almost hard to believe Coulson was ever in any of the films.

Yeah I've only seen that one Con interview with Clark saying he was a huge fan, I've not heard or seen anything else on that

Crud, the lag on the live feed is HORRIBLE

Jeph Loeb recently mentioned that he promised Gregg a cameo in Iron Fist though he said that the role might not be Coulson.

He just said that he promised that Clark Gregg will meet Iron Fist, the actor, not a role in the show.

GOD I hope not.

Why not? It could just be coulson coming out of a meeting as rand is waiting to see someone. All of 3 seconds and have zero bearing on the story. Just another easter egg for fan boys.

That glimpse of the future is that destroyed spaceship from 3x11. It has to be. Even the title of 3x15 kind of makes it clear.

It was posted as one of the random MCU trivia items in the facebook group. And their trivia is never inacurate. Lets not forget... the netflix shows are still partially in conjunction with ABC Studios...

There has been a few connections between this show and season two of Daredevil.
