Saw this last night, wow what a brilliant film! Agree with everyone else, just really well-done.
I ended up feeling like this movie was like a high-budget 2-hour episode of The Outer Limits—not that there's anything wrong with that since I loved The Outer Limits (the 90s series at least, haven't seen the 60s series), just saying that as a point of comparison. Definitely had a similar sort of feel with allegory, consequences, and pontification on a sci-fi subject, and the fact that it was very dialog-heavy, and operated mostly intellectually. Plus the way that it ended
really had that Outer Limits vibe, but saying anything more would give it away.
It had some breathtaking landscape scenery too, loved those shots of the outdoors (which were apparently filmed in Norway).
Wasn't expecting nudity at all either so it was a relative shock to see full frontal and back female nudity in the way that it was shown, but since nudity was standard course for The Outer Limits, I guess I shouldn't been surprised. Alicia Vikander was definitely hot from the front and the back though, at least if that was actually her and not a body double.
