You know what i just realise? Why the hell does the Alien that pops out of the Predator at the end of AVP1 have Predator features to begins with, when all the other Aliens that popped out of human chests don't have human features/attributes at all?
Has this always been the case; the Alien taking the attributes/features of it's host?..or is this just yet another **** up courtesy of P.S Anderson in the continuity, that came about by combining these 2 franchises?

AVP2 creature!
A super-sweet first look at the Alien/Predator hybrid that we can expect to see whuppin some ass in AVP 2 this December. If youll remember, at the end of ALIEN VS. PREDATOR, our fallen Predator hero (we WERE supposed to root for him right?) was revealed to have been impregnated by a facehugger, hence, one of the little buggers escapes though his ribcage and gives us a scary How-do-ya-do! right before the movie mercifully comes to an end.
Well, our little babys all growns up, and hes actually looking pretty nifty. It isnt really a radical design, and hes obviously more Alien than Predator - though hes still rockin the dreadlocks (see below).
Im still skeptical about this flick - but in addition to not having Paul W.S. Anderson behind the camera, it now has this cool beastie going for it. Ill keep an open mind.

You are one ugly motherf**ker.
comic con 2007 teaser?
I can't remember where I read it before, but I think Aliens take on a part of its host DNA to adapt better to their environment. You can for example take the Aliens humanoid form as a attribute it took from its human host. Alien 3 seems to confirm this because after having a dog for a host, the Alien becomes smaller and runs on all fours.
shouldnt they eat metal?... wouldnt the acid in their stomachs just dissolve their human flesh?

AvP2 "Clip Rocks"
AvP2 Movie News | Posted by Corporal Hicks on 27 Jun 2007 13:26 BST
Arrow in the Head, an extension site of Joblo, recently reported that a clip from AvP2 made it's way to Amsterdam's Cinema Expo:
"So for those of you who are looking forward to this film it should bring you pleasure to know that a clip of the film was shown at Amsterdam's Cinema Expo and the crowd response was spectacular. The clip was prefaced by a short word from 20th Century Fox's Tomas Jegeus and then the clip followed. According to Variety, the clip garnered a shock response from the crowd. And Im assuming thats a good thing."
Variety, who Arrow in the Head link to, had this to stay about the clip: "The horror clip elicited the desired shocked response from the packed auditorium." So things are starting to look up for AvP2. It's just a shame the article didn't give some information as to the content of the scene. You can read the Variety article here and the Arrow in the Head article. Thanks to Darkoo for the tip
