How similar is the new Batman voice to Kevin Conroy?

Not going to answer that. Just hold tight, it'll be worth it.

Can you just please rate how close it is to Bale's infamous Bat-voice? With 1 being not at all.

This is the only thing I'm interested in. I want to be prepared on whether to be disappointed.

One things for sure, it ain't gonna be Bens voice. Accent or no accent, his voice is way to high pitched sometimes for a Dark Knight. If you listen to his recent interviews while staring at the Batfleck pics, it doesn't add up at all.
