Yes they would. This is the Internet and we would all be hearing complaints of "WB has no plan!!!" again.

I don't see any problem with WB evolving and or changing their plans as they go and see what works and what doesn't work. I actually expect that, as long as they have a rough outline of where they want to go it's all good to me.

I don't think it is out of the realm of possibilities that the DC slate could change sometime in the future but for now there is absolutely no indication of that happening or something that is going to happen.

Regarding actors campaigning for comic book roles, has that ever been successful? Besides like Dwayne Johnson and Black Adam, I can't think of anyone who was actively campaigning for a role and got it.

What if the GL film isn't exactly a solo film? What if it's called GREEN LANTERN CORPS.? What if Hal is front and center in an ensemble film that features John and Guy ect. and some other alien Lanterns?

this is what i've been thinking. Hal is part of JL in Part 1 and 2. And WB are probably planning on people liking Hal and showing more of him and the rest of the Corp in the GL movie. And if that GL movie become successful it can become it's own little franchise, maybe a trilogy of the Corp, including guys like John, Guy, Kyle etc. And they won't have to involve any other JL members, everything can take place in other galaxies, going up against other Lanterns.

I've said it a million times but the 2011 GL movie had the perfect template in Green Lantern First Flight. If first flight and the GL live action movie swapped scripts, the DCCU would have began in 2011
