The entire "tell me, do you bleed", just came off so much more subtle than any version we've seen. It works so well there.

Man, that was great!

I don't know why, but I love the way Batman looks down/away and then back up at Superman to say "Do you bleed".

Also, the voice continues to grow on me.

And as someone mentioned earlier here, pacing is indeed key, that scene was delivered perfectly! :hmr:

Honestly, I'm thinking evil clone again. Seriously.

That was my first thought as well. Seemed nothing like Man of Steel Superman.

Totally! I really think it's possible that Lex created a clone to agitate the tension between the two. Of course context is key, and could explain why Superman seems so different.

ok let's start nitpick; I dont like that one second on superman face before he starts talking, I would have cut this a little tighter. :D

Pretty pointless, I mean we pretty much saw the entire clip in that tv spot the other day but.. Ehh.

That clip was gooooooood. I never had a problem with the "Do you bleed?" line, but it's so much better in context.

Superman is stern because he thinks Batman is a nutjob. Trampling on civil liberties, branding criminals. You know, a "one-man reign of terror."

Come on, folks. :funny:

I'm really starting to dig the voice.

@BatLobster, when I said "subtle", I meant the timing. My bad, if that wasn't clear.

Really now? :o Hmm guys, not as dismissive on the theory these days? :hehe:

Good god the camera movements were amazing too, like a watchmen type feel to it.

I get ya. The timing does help sell that line.

I'm still not a fan of the voice when it's modulated that much, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Not his style to be intimidating, nasty, and provocative, though, I don't think.

I want to hear more of that soundtrack......................

And the music, that violin like soundtrack was top notch, bravo zimmer and junkie!
