Ehh, not too thrilled about the trailer. Edited way too fast and schizophrenic for my taste, and fails to sell the film's duality. Its ok, but not the godsend many have been making it out to be. Has some cool shots here and there, but that's as much as I can say.

If WonderGal kills it in this, WW film is gonna have very good built in hype and lead up, kind of the way Avengers did for IM3.

RE: Diana's accent: I'm a little disappointed that they seem to have gone for an accent different from Gadot's natural one, but I can't be mad at them for going in a different direction (assuming that's what they've done) if Diana has been regularly speaking English since WW1.

I think it is going over much better than the last one did, the batfleck vs thugs opening is what i'm hearing a lot of people talk the most about

A couple more thoughts after watching the trailer again:

1. It's amazing how Bruce not only witnesses destruction in the MoS flashback, but actually SEES Zod/Supes fighting in the air. Such cool details.

2. Anyone else get the feeling that perhaps Bruce thinks Diana is another Selina Kyle? I can see him watching her because he thinks she criminal.

3. Still can't figure out why Lois seems to be smiling when she falling back into water in that shot of her toward the end. Any thoughts?

Christ, the last thread was a nightmare to get through.

Look, I love you guys, but some of you have got to stop letting these bloggers get into your heads so much. We have a brand-spanking new trailer released just hours ago and here we just had a 40-page long thread made up mostly of posts freaking out about some rumor.

Again, I love you guys, but it's honestly like something drives some of you to go out of your way to find anything negative about this film. Then you post it here, it snowballs out of control, and before you know it we've got people freaking out, people feeling depressed, people lashing out, and all for what? A rumor that amounts to nothing.

I've been here for over ten years. I have never seen a movie release a trailer, and then have to read through forty pages of people freaking out about an article. AFTER A TRAILER JUST CAME OUT. This isn't normal. And frankly it makes this place insufferable sometimes.

The movie comes out in a month. WB gave it a healthy budget, they got one of their golden boys in a starring role, they had the script rewritten by an Oscar winner, and they for all intents and purposes let the director do his thing. Whether the film succeeds or fails, it is not for a lack of trying. This isn't like some Fant4stic-level cluster ****.

If the movie tanks at the box office, then there is a genuine cause for concern. But please, for the love of Christ, stop hanging on every negative word said about this movie. Stop stressing about the RottenTomatoes score. Go to the theater, watch the movie, and make up your own damn mind. Who ****ing cares what Devin Faraci or Grace Rudolph or Drew McWeeny or whoever had to say if you end up loving the movie? Just so much wasted thought on this nonsense.

This one feels like a variant of Susan Eisenberg's take on the voice of Wonder Woman.

I recognize that, and it was smart for WB to play up Batman as cool, especially when the when the "I thought she was with you" scene made him seem like a big oaf for some.

Gadot's natural accent would've been ideal for me. I never wanted her to sound American, much less English. I'm not fussed either way, especially considering the one line we've heard her speak isn't much to go off of, but we all have our preferences.

for #2, yes definitely, especially that he always meets Selina in those kind of fancy parties
