If I didn't know better, I'd say the writers suddenly started reading this forum (amongst others) and were actually taking the suggestions on board!

The glimpse of the suit, Clark being more decisive, a decent hero/villain fight in the finale, Lois finding out, and now Chloe leaving......?

Alison Mack has done a very capable job for 9 seasons but there's definitely a love/hate relationships amongst many of the show's fans when it comes to her. I personally don't dislike her role in the show, but I do feel recently that Chloe has been hindering Clark a bit and I think they've really done all they can with her character.

I used to hate Chloe in the early seasons and especially when she was madly in love with Clark and dying for him to notice her. But I've been diggin' her in Watchtower, sad to see her go.

I liked her in the early seasons too, unless she became too annoying when wanting to get Clark's attention, but after that, specially the Watchtower thing . . . .

technically, but she wasn't suppose to be a part of S10 apparently but will be now for a couple of episodes to give her character proper closure.

technically didnt need to make a whole thread out of the news. and yes we kinda known for awhile like end of season 8 allison said she wanted to leave the show, and from beeman last week if you read his blog pointed out allison was only going to be part time. But the discussion should remain in the season ten spoilers thread or even allison mack thread. So we dont clutter the board with multiple threads on the same topic.

I used to like her character a lot in earlier seasons, except when she was obsessing about Clark.

To be frank, she should have been a regular recurring character the last few seasons anyway with how poorly they've used her.

They've propped her up way too high this past season too, I'm over it. I'm glad she's only going to be a recurring character next season.

I am the complete opposite of you. I liked her the first few seasons, but the second she turned into sidekick in later seasons, I found her character to be a hinderence usually by the writers using Clark to prop up her character(Ie Clark is the hero of the show not Chloe)

well all characters has had their fair sure of good and bad storylines/episodes through the yrs. For me i have overall enjoyed allison's time as chloe but i do agree between seasons 5-7 she was used a bit to much at times, but it has slowly been getting a bit bettern in season 8 and 9.
