It's a messy looking room. Could be some sort of workshop that he's made in an apartment where works on his webshooters, suit, whatever in.

Eh, Peter getting an apartment doesn't seem outside the realm of possibility for sequels. Happened in Raimi's Spider-Man.

EDIT: Although I wonder if it's in a warehouse or something, like VenomSpawn mentioned. Peter had something similar in USM if I'm not mistaken. The makeshift table amongst other things makes me think it's a warehouse...
